Our comprehensive finishing facilities mean we can Laminate and convert screen and digitally printed items to the finished article on site by various processes.
These include laminating, CNC routering, laser cutting, digital cutting, die cutting, guillotining, drilling and eyeleting, so we can fabricate, assemble and pack all on the same site.
Our DYSS flatbed digital cutter can cut up to 1600 x 2500mm sheets of corrugated, display board, honeycomb & foam board, foam PVC, Correx, self adhesive vinyl. Our SUMMA tangential digital cutter can cut 1.5m wide rolls of self-adhesive vinyl.
Our two Crosland platens can diecut up to 880 x 1250mm. We use this process to to cut thinner materials 0.1mm to 1.5mm such as PETG, PVC, Polyester, Polypropylene etc.
Our Wohlenberg programmable guillotine with air table can cut up to 1370mm wide. Its specialised range of blades allow us to cut rigid and flexible plastics in addition to paper and board.
Our Seal 62 Pro laminator can hot or cold laminate roll and sheets up to 2.0m wide. We laminate self-adhesives, protection films and carrier films to a wide variety of flexible and rigid sheet materials.
